- No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of The UK Holiday Group Ltd, (trading as Grand UK Holidays, registered number 1815672. Registered office is at The Old Bakery, 113 Queens Road, Norwich, NR1 3PL) or Silver Travel Advisor (the promoter) nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
- You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
- Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 July 2019.
- The winner will be notified in early August 2019, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition.
- Grand UK Holidays is a tour company exclusively for the over 55s and therefore all passengers must fit this criteria on the day of departure.
- The prize is an escorted coach holiday for two on 2 December 2019 to Torquay and the English Riviera, based at the Hotel Richmond for two people sharing a twin room on a half board basis.
- The winner will need to provide their own transport to the pick-up point. Details are here of pick-up points www.grandukholidays.com/pickup-points.
- The winner must provide their own travel insurance suitable for the trip.
- The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize is subject to availability and Grand UK reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
- Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion will be governed by English Law.
