Guided walks

Included in the price of their holiday, guests can join a small group of fellow travellers on up to two exclusive Inghams guided day walks, led by a professional guide. With guided walks available in 27 resorts across six countries: ten resorts in Italy, six resorts in Austria, four resorts in Switzerland, three resorts in Slovenia, two resorts in Madeira, and two resorts in France, guests can experience the ultimate walking holiday with experts who don’t just talk the talk, but walk the walk. With breathtaking scenery and hidden trails, professional and passionate local guides share their love for nature and expert advice and insight along the way. You can choose two guided walks per week, you’ll find yourself walking with a like-minded small group of walkers, meet as strangers and leave as friends!

Travel options

Recognising that not everyone wants to fly, you can now visit the most beautiful parts of Europe by train. Train travel is available from London St Pancras to many resorts, making it easy for you to choose a lower impact, greener holiday.

Forget the queues and waiting, simply hop on, stretch out, and enjoy the scenery. It’s full steam ahead to scenic views and memorable trails. If you want to opt to fly, then you can do so from one of 15 regional UK airports on offer.
