Oh definitely the Helicopter Winery Tour!! There’s something very special about looking down from a helicopter and getting a real feel for the area. The rest just makes it perfect….
Posh-As Day at Mona – mainly because my husband would love to go to Tasmania as he’s very keen on the plants and trees that grow there; the bar hopping and canapes sound pretty good too.
I can just imagine myself arriving in style by helicopter at Sirromet wines!
Pinfold as always enjoyed their wine for special occasions.
Sirromet’s winery tutored wine tasting would be amazing as I would love to learn more. I did a winery tour on a family run vineyard in Canada that was great so be fantastic to see how different these wines are. Glamping sounds fun too.
The helicopter tour as it would be such a unique experience. Sharing a dreamy flight with my husband would be so romantic, providing electrifying views that you wouldn’t be able to see otherwise. An unforgettable view of the landmarks and skyline – sheer magic!
PENFOLDS! South Africa is my second home as I lived and worked there in the late eighties and early nineties. I think their wines are terrific and would fully enjoy the ultimate taste experience.
Penfolds in South Australia would be my choice as my daughter lives in Victor Harbor a chance to see all the family again.
