Scenic guests make history as they dive deep

Scenic just made history as guests aboard Scenic Eclipse were taken on the first ever submersible dive within the South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands. A truly sensational moment.

Scenic says, “We would like to thank the South Georgia Authorities, and our incredible Discovery Team. Without their expertise, this wouldn’t have been possible. They organised all permits, ensured health and safety protocols were followed, and guided guests on a once-in-a-lifetime exceptional experience in Antarctica”.

The Scenic Eclipse fleet is also equipped with two state of the art Airbus H130-T23 helicopters allowing up to six guests to enjoy glorious views from a completely different perspective!
