Book a group holiday between April and December
Group holidays with Dementia Adventure are always popular, providing the perfect balance of social time and relaxation. The average cost for a couple is £4,080, although prices vary depending on the destination and time of year. These holidays include accommodation, meals, transport, activities, and a beautiful photobook to keep the holiday memories alive for longer.
They ask that the person living with dementia comes with someone who knows them well, such as a friend, relative, or main carer. While they don’t provide personal care, arrangements can often be made for an additional cost if needed. It’s worth noting that participants are expected to manage day-to-day activities like getting out of bed, dressing, and washing with the support of their holiday companion.
The booking process is straightforward and flexible, in fact you don’t need to pay anything upfront to reserve your spot. You can do this online or over the phone, and once you’ve spoken with their team and feel comfortable with your decision, you’ll pay a £400 deposit. The final payment is due two months before your holiday.
If a group holiday doesn’t feel right, Dementia Adventure also offers a limited number of tailored holidays. These are ideal for family breaks with children or grandchildren, or if you have specific medical, religious, or cultural needs. You can find out more by downloading their 2025 holiday brochure or exploring their funding options to see how they can support you in planning your perfect getaway.
