Just been on Caribbean cruise on Britannia. Would I use them again? I don’t know. Since I last went with P&O I think the standard has seriously dropped. Service in the restaurants and bars has become very slow with many of the staff very morose. On asking if a baguette could be changed for a soft roll it was too much trouble as the baguettes were already filled.
I would seriously consider whether I would travel with P&O again.
