I won a £250 Railbookers voucher when I had a letter published in the travel section of the Saturday Telegraph.
We made a telephone call to find out where we could go with our voucher and a matched amount of £250 and were pleasantly surprised it would get us three nights in Bruges. The person we spoke to was very helpful and suggested we may also want to visit Ghent (20 minutes by train) and so we decided to go for four nights (paying £314). The booking process was quick and simple with email confirmation following immediately. Our pack of tickets arrived as they said they would, a week before we left. It was a very straightforward process and I’d certainly consider booking rail journeys with them again.
They also do ‘video conferences’ where you log on to your PC at an allotted day and time and learn more about the destinations they offer. We tuned in to one of journeys to Spain and found it really informative.
