This was my fifth visit to Mexico and was definitely the best. Although quite a long transfer from Cancun Airport (I prebooked a taxi transfer to half the time to one hour), the hotel was definitely worth it. The Grand Palladium is actually 4 hotels in one and you can use all the facilities throughout, including all 12 A La Carte restaurants with no booking required. The variety of pools / the beach meant we never got bored and could easily have stayed for 3 weeks. Although a family hotel the adult only pools enabled us to steer clear of kids; and being so far from Cancun and also Playa del Carmen (30 mins by taxi) there were very few "club going" youngsters.
Had absolutely no complaints. The room, the food, the staff and the location exceeded our expectations, and I feel the holiday was reasonably priced as well.
Would definitely return.
