If you’re looking for transfers from Alicante airport, can I recommend Beni Transfers. We booked via Holiday Extras. A huge £15 for 2 of us for return transfers to Benidorm.
Yes, you do have to do the rounds of quite a few hotels, but tour operator coaches do the same thing.
I believe they do other resorts too, so worth a look.
