Thoroughly enjoyed a coach trip to London to see the ABBA Voyage concert. Hubby and I did the trip with GB Tours we’ve used the company before and have always been pleased with the experience. There are toilets on board all their coaches. There was a lady on board serving hot/cold drinks which were reasonably priced. Hotels have always been very good, tidy, clean and excellent meals provided during our stays and this trip was no exception. We had a steady journey to London and arrived in plenty of time to see the show at the ABBA arena . The venue was absolutely packed , we had a fabulous time singing along to all of ABBA hits. A couple of passengers from the coach were dancing in the aisles but were soon asked to sit down again due to health and safety rules. Standing (dance floor)tickets are available in front of the stage and dance booths are also available accommodating up to 12 people. We, along with the rest of the coach party had good comfortable seats. The only downside was at the end of the show , exiting the arena resembled a stampede there were no staff controlling the crowds. We stayed overnight bed and breakfast at the Sunborn Yacht, Royal Victoria Dock , a full buffet breakfast was included and was fit for a king to eat it. Afternoon tea is available. Sunborn Yacht itself is well worth staying in, accommodation with a difference. The Yacht has a lift and WiFi is available. The Yacht is located close to the Excel London and approximately 10 mins walk to the Royal Victoria DLR Station. We ended our trip with a visit to the wonderful Covent Garden area of London which I always enjoy. We had a good walk around the market followed by a cheeky glass of red at one of the many pubs before boarding the coach for our return journey. Another fabulous trip thanks to GB Tours.
