  1. I think I’d choose France – it’s so easy to get to, I love the culture and the food, and it’s a lovely place for a family holiday. We are longstanding Eurocamp lovers!

  2. I would go to les Fontaines near to Annecy. I know I would have an excellent time because I actually worked as a Eurocamp campsite “responsable” for two fantastic summers and toured the west of France putting up tents and equipping them during the “montage” What a great firm to work for. The area drivers really looked after us!

  3. I would choose Camping les Fontaines near to Lac Annecy. I know I would have a great time because I worked for two summers as a Eurocamp campsite “responsable” on sites in the Charente-Maritime and Landes and did the “montage” touring western France putting all the tents up and equipping them.

  4. If I won this Eurocamp holiday, I’d head straight to the Dordogne, where I could spend a glorious week without spreadsheets, email notifications, or anyone asking me to ‘just quickly check something’. Instead, I’d be fully immersed in the important things in life…cheese, wine, and strategically avoiding canoe-related disasters.

Mornings would begin with fresh croissants and strong coffee, though experience tells me I’ll lose most of my pastry to the children, who definitely didn’t want one until they saw mine. Afternoons? A leisurely paddle down the Dordogne River, where I’d aim for serene, scenic gliding but somehow end up wedged in a tree, to the delight of passing locals.

Meanwhile, my wife, who actually speaks French, would be in heaven, charming every market vendor while I hover behind her, nodding and hoping ‘merci’ covers all situations. The evenings? A personal challenge to consume my body weight in cheese, washed down with wine I’ll pretend to understand. And, with a ferry crossing included, I’d load up the car with enough Brie to make border control nervous.

So, if you’re looking for someone who will embrace relaxation, attempt canoeing with limited success, and commit fully to France’s fine dairy traditions, I’m your man.

  5. The place I would most like to visit for my Eurocamps holiday is Italy, as close to Venice as possible because I have always wanted to visit this beautiful city, with its canals and hundreds of bridges. This is definitely one of my bucket list destinations.

  6. Having camped all over the UK, anywhere in Europe with history & amazing scenery will be fantastic, Portugal or Italy perhaps.

  7. Having camped all over the UK, anywhere in Europe with history & amazing scenery will be fantastic, Portugal or Italy perhaps.

  8. La Croix du Vieux Pont in Paris. I would be able to entertain the kids whilst one day venturing out to Disneyland Paris for some Marvel treats for my kids.

  9. We would love to stay at Jungfrau Campsite in Switzerland.
The site soubds stunn8ng “surrounded by waterfalls” and close by you can catch a cable car up into the mountains.
It also says the campsite can provide a “Gastekarte” which gives you discounts to the local villages attractions.
Also an alpine themed restaurant and bar!

  10. I would choose Le Vieux Port in Messanges, France. My usual visits to France have usually been flying visits (ie driving through on the way to Spain). This site looks like it is right near the border so should I get bored of the pine forest with access to beach, I could get in the car and head into Spain for some tapas! Best of both worlds!

  11. I would love to go back to France as have enjoyed many holidays with Euro camp including Italy, Spain and Switzerland

  12. Somewhere I haven’t been before! I see several others have mentioned Croatia so that sounds very interesting but a bit of a long drive, will have to make sure there are two licensed drivers comfortable with driving in Europe.

  13. Portugal – I’ve only seen a few areas and would love to see more, this prize would be a great opportunity

  14. Anywhere in Italy! But probably southern Italy as I’m less familiar with the south and would welcome the opportunity to get to know that region better.

  15. I would choose France every time and would stay in Normandy or Brittany to visit some of their beautiful villages again and maybe even practice my French!

  16. I would choose Lake Garda, Italy for my Eurocamp holiday. With its breathtaking scenery, charming lakeside villages, and plenty of family-friendly activities, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We’d spend our days exploring picturesque towns like Sirmione, enjoying delicious Italian food, and taking boat trips across the crystal-clear waters. Plus, with nearby attractions like Gardaland, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. A Eurocamp stay at Lake Garda would be an unforgettable experience!

  17. Brittany. I love it and have been many times (work) but rest of family have never been and I wish to take them.

  18. Lake Garda in Italy would be a perfect Eurocamp destination because of its stunning scenery, charming towns, adventure activities, rich culture, and delicious food and wine. The region offers a blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion, making it an ideal holiday spot.

  19. If we could pack our bags and go anywhere, it would have to be the stunning Vendée in France! Golden beaches, charming villages, and enough delicious French pastries to make our suitcases jealous!!

  20. At Duinrell, the fun won’t cease,
With rides and laughter, joy and peace.
Roller coasters, slides, and pools so wide,
Where family memories are made with pride.

    In nature’s embrace, adventure calls,
For thrills and games in vibrant halls.
From morning to night, we’ll all unite,
    Duinrell’s magic feels just right.

Pack your bags, the fun’s begun,
A family trip where joy has won!

  21. The beautiful coastline of the French Riviera. Have the greatest memories of our stay at Butterfly Eurocamp at Lake Garda.

  22. I would love to visit Port Grimaud, Riviera, France. All the amazing facilities of Eurocamp and right next to the beautiful coastline too. It really does look lovely and I’m sure would be a wonderful place to enjoy a whole week of activities, relaxation and adventure together.

  23. Definitely a lovely Greek Island or Portugal for me. No hesitation whatsoever. That would just be an idyllic holiday for me and somewhere I’ve never been to either

  24. I would love to stay in one of the Eurocamps in Croatia. They would be a comfortable base for exploring the beautiful surroundings .

  25. I head to coast of Italy. The stunning beaches and scenery, the local cuisine, and being able to immerse yourself in their culture…..it would be amazing.

  26. I would goto the La Rochelle site in France, as my parents took me there when I was a kid. I would love to take my kids there now.

  27. A Eurocamp holiday in Brittany would be just the ticket. We have been to most parts of France but never there. Not the kids in tow this time but the grandkids. Its about time they were weaned off beans on toast and were introduced to some proper gastronomy.

  28. Love a Eurocamp holiday as it would remind me of the fabulous holidays we had with them in France many years ago with our children. Now it would be great if we could take our grandchildren.

  29. Lots of places would be of interest but I think that it would be good to check out Croatia as I’ve never been there and this would be a great opportunity to explore the sights and try the local food and drink.

  30. We took the children to France many times on Eurocamp holidays – would love to go back as a couple and take a bike ride along the Loire

  31. I would choose Luxembourg. Although we have travelled through we have never explored this country and would love to find out a bit more about it.

  32. I would not drive from Calais. Being alone would be very tiring, so I would research the flight/train/bus options & go to a camp that is easily reached that way. Hopefully it would be somewhere with cute coves (if near the sea) or with wonderful paths through forests (if not?)

  33. Lake Garda would be our choice, we took our children when they were young and would love to take the grandchildren there.

  34. I would choose Brittany, France for my Eurocamp holiday. With its stunning coastline, charming medieval towns, and rich Celtic heritage, Brittany offers the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.

The region boasts breathtaking beaches, rugged cliffs, and picturesque fishing villages like Saint-Malo and Dinan, where you can wander through cobbled streets and explore ancient ramparts. For nature lovers, the Pink Granite Coast and the mystical Brocéliande Forest provide endless opportunities for exploration.

Brittany is also a paradise for food lovers, with its famous crêpes, fresh seafood, and buttery kouign-amann pastries. With family-friendly campsites, outdoor activities like kayaking and cycling, and a welcoming atmosphere, Brittany is the ultimate Eurocamp destination for an unforgettable escape.

  35. I would choose Lake Garda, Italy for my Eurocamp holiday. Nestled between dramatic mountains and sparkling blue waters, Lake Garda offers the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural exploration. With charming lakeside villages like Sirmione and Malcesine, visitors can wander cobbled streets, explore medieval castles, and enjoy authentic Italian gelato by the water’s edge.

For adventure seekers, Lake Garda provides thrilling water sports, scenic cycling routes, and easy access to the breathtaking Dolomites. Families can enjoy nearby theme parks like Gardaland, while food lovers can indulge in fresh pasta, local wines, and delicious olive oils from the region.

With its stunning scenery, rich history, and endless activities, Lake Garda is the ideal Eurocamp destination for an unforgettable holiday.

  36. I love Europe and have so much more to discover. There are so many beautiful places that I have been in Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Portugal but I have yet to discover Greece and Northern Europe as in Scandinavia and the Baltic and would love go to one of these.

  46. I would love to stay at Riva Bella in Normandy.
The park offers everything we could need and we can take our dog too.
There are many reasons for this, the D day beaches battles and towns are an obvious reason. However, in addition to that my parrtners grandmother came from Caen and met my partners grandad during the Normandy landings. My partner has family still living in Caen so I would love to get them all together.
Also, my family originates from Vire and I would love to explore rhat area too.

So much choice of where to holiday! I would have a hard time picking one destination if I won 😃
