Terms and conditions: Win a short break for two people to glorious Guernsey, flights and car hire included

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of VisitGuernsey or Silver Travel Advisor (the promoter) nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw. The draw closes on 31 October  2019 and the winner will be advised in early November 2019.
3. The prize is 2 adults (18 or over), 2 nights B&B accommodation sharing a standard double room, with flights from UK mainland and car hire on Guernsey. Prize must be booked by 1 September 2020 and taken by 1 December 2020 (excludes all bank holidays, school holidays, Christmas and New Year). All dates and flights subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. The names of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition.
5. The winner will need to provide their own transport to and from the UK departure airport.  Any other costs or expenses not included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
6. The winner must provide any travel insurance suitable for the trip. Both travellers will be required to present valid photo identification.
7. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize is subject to availability and VisitGuernsey reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
9. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
