Terms and conditions – win Heaven in Hungary or Paradise in Portugal

1. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
2. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Luna Hotels, ARCadia Hotel Budapest, Hungarian Tourism Ltd., the sightseeing tour and meal provider, Silver Travel Advisor Ltd., nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date May 31st 2015.
4. The prize with Luna Hotels offers a seven night break for two people on a self-catered basis. The holiday must be taken before 31 December 2015 and excludes the period from July 1st until September 15th as well as special dates (Christmas, New Year, Carnival). Flights are not included in this prize and must be arranged by the winners at their own expense.
5. The prize with ARCadia Hotel Budapest is a 3 night stay for 2 people on a bed and breakfast basis to be taken until 30th November 2015 excluding the special periods (such as F1 Grand Prix weekend, 20th August bank holiday weekend) upon availability, after written confirmation from the hotel: corporate@arcadiahotelbudapest.com. The prize also includes a meal at PestBuda Bistro for 2 people – booking is required, keyword is “silvertraveller”. Regarding to book the Bug Bus tour and the 72hr Budapest Cards, spa entry tickets and a Legenda boat trip contact Hungarian Tourism Ltd. on marketing@gotohungary.co.uk as soon as you know your trip`s date. Flights and transfers are not included and must be arranged by the winners at their own expense. Budapest flights: BA, EasyJet, WizzAir, RyanAir, Jet2, Norwegian Transfer information to/from Budapest Airport.
6. The winners will be notified in early June 2015, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website.
7. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
8. The organisers reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
9. The winner and partner must be 18 years of age or over.
10. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winner and partner take out adequate travel insurance.
11. Winners and their companion must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.
12. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.
13. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
14. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
16. The prize is subject to the hotels’ own terms and conditions.
