Terms and conditions – a choice of two holiday prizes this month – back to nature!

1. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
2. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Forest Holidays or Canvas Holidays, Silver Travel Advisor Ltd., nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date June 30th 2015.

4. The prize with Forest Holidays is a 2 bedroom (sleeps up to 4 people) Silver Birch cabin from Forest Holidays, worth up to the value of £500.00. The cabin must be booked by 01 August 2015 and is subject to availability. The chosen break must take place by 30 June 2016 but excludes all school holidays and public holidays. The voucher is valid on a mid-week break which is Monday-Friday. The winner is responsible for transport to and from their chosen location. The break is on a self-catering basis; food, travel, activities, and any other additional costs associated with the break are not covered by this voucher. 

   The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.  The voucher can only be used against one booking at any of the Forest Holiday locations and can be used as part payment if the value of the chosen break is greater than the value of the voucher, but no refund will be given for any value below the voucher level.

   The prize with Canvas Holidays is a voucher worth £350.00 to be used by October 2016.  The prize consists of a voucher offering a maximum value of £350 to redeem against a Canvas booking (bookings include accommodation and the option of a P&O Dover to Calais ferry crossing).  A holiday to a greater value or a different ferry crossing can be booked providing the winner pays the additional cost. All bookings are subject to Canvas Holidays Booking Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed on the website at www.canvasholidays.co.uk.

   The voucher may be used for only one transaction and you will not be refunded for the difference in event of the full amount not being redeemed. The voucher cannot be used to book extras including linen hire, campsite activities for which a fee is payable, en route hotels or theme park tickets, or any other extras that may be incurred as an additional part of the holiday.  The voucher cannot be used on any campsite which does not offer a Canvas courier service, as detailed in the brochure and on the website.  Canvas Holidays cannot be held responsible if for reasons beyond their control this prize has to be partially or totally modified, postponed or cancelled.

5. The winners will be notified in early July 2015, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website.
6. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
7. The organisers reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
8. The winner must be 18 years of age or over.
9. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winner and their party take out adequate travel insurance.
10. Winners and their party must supply, where necessary, valid passports, visas and health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.
11. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.
12. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
13. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
15. The prize is subject to the tour operators’ own terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions – Special Offer from Forest Holidays for all Silver Travellers

This code entitles the user to 5% off the cost of a cabin at any of the Forest Holidays locations. This code must be applied at the time of booking, it cannot be used retrospectively and cannot be used with any other offers. All bookings must be made by 31 December 2015 and holidays taken before 01 January 2016. Forest Holidays reserve the right to withdraw this code at any time.
