Terms and conditions: Two adults-only breaks to be won at Mill Rythe in Hampshire this autumn

This prize draw is now closed.

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Away Resorts or Silver Travel Advisor (the promoter) nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. The prizes are:
   Mon 14 Oct | Golden Age of Variety | 4 nights – for which the closing date is Friday 20 September 2019, and the winner will be contacted on Monday 22 September 2019.
   Fri 1 November | Festive Spectacular | 3 nights – for which the closing date Monday 30 September 2019, and the winner will be contacted by Wednesday 2 October 2019.
4. The names of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition.
5. The winner will need to provide their own transport to and from Mill Rythe on Hayling Island.
6. The winner must provide any travel insurance suitable for the trip.
7. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize is  subject to availability and Away Resorts reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
9. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Golden Age of Variety
Offer is applicable to the four-night break, starting on Monday 14 October 2019 only. Offer applies to new bookings only. Offer is subject to availability. Booking must be made before 30 September 2019 and code must be quoted at time of booking.

Festive Spectacular
Offer is applicable to the three-night break, starting on Friday 1 November 2019 only. Offer applies to new bookings only. Offer is subject to availability. Booking must be made before 16 October 2019 and code must be quoted at time of booking.
