- No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of HF Holidays Ltd or Silver Travel Advisor (the promoter) nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
- You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
- The prize is: Fri 24 January 2020 | Dance with Karen Hardy in Southern Yorkshire Dales | 3 nights – for which the closing date is 31 October 2019, and the winner will be contacted in early November 2019.
- The names of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition.
- The winner will need to provide their own transport to and from HF Holidays country house Newfield Hall in Malham.
- The winner must provide any travel insurance suitable for the trip.
- The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize is subject to availability and HF Holidays reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
- Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
