- No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of CroisiEurope SA or Silver Travel Advisor (the promoter) nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
- You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw. The prize draw closes on30 November 2019. The winner will be advised in early December 2019.
- The prize is: 5 nights full board cruise with CroisiEurope in April 2020 on Ijsselmeer for two people. Flights and optional excursions are not included.
- The names of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition.
- The winner will need to provide their own transport to and from the ship in Amsterdam.
- The winner must provide any travel insurance suitable for the trip, and is responsible for any additional costs such as drinks, spa treatments and extra excursions.
- The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize is subject to availability and CroisiEurope SA reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
- Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
