- No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Hotelplan Ltd, Shearings or Avis or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
- You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
- Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 30 April 2019.
- The winners will be notified in early May 2019, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The names of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winners must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. The winners must agree to his/her name and/or photo and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
- The winners cannot transfer the prizes to another person. The prizes are non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prizes.
- The Inghams prize is: Seven nights at the four-diamond Hotel Al Pigher, La Villa, Italy, two sharing a standard room. Catered basis: buffet breakfasts, packed lunches, afternoon tea and cake, and evening meals with complimentary wine for six nights. Including chartered flights (from a choice of UK airports) and resort transfers. Subject to availability, to be taken between June and September 2019.
- The Shearings prize is: a three-night break for two sharing a standard room at one of the Bay or Coast & Country Hotels, including half board. No transport to the hotel is provided. The three-night stay is to be taken between 25 October 2019 and 28 February 2020, excluding New Year, subject to availability.
- The Avis prize is: up to 3 days free car hire. Car Group C, Pick-Up and return Location (must be the same location): Worldwide. Includes: Unlimited Mileage Collision, Damage Waiver Insurance, Theft Protection, Insurance Airport/City Surcharges and Taxes. Please note insurance excesses may still applies. Fuel costs not included. Age Restriction: Driver must be over 21 years of age with a full driving license.
- Winners are responsible for any additional costs such as drinks, optional excursions, spa treatments and travel insurance.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
- Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion will be governed by English Law.
