I cannot speak highly enough about this event! This unique fusion of rock and classical music by such talented musicians was certainly unforgettable. The event takes place in the Holy Trinity Church (historically known as “The English Church”) situated in R.do Quebra Costas in the centre of Funchal Madeira. Because of the limited number of seats in this lovely church it feels intimate and of course you have to book early. To reserve your place book a ticket via email to geral@madeiraconcerts.com paying £3 each – then you pay the remaining £17 in cash at the venue.
The quartet plays a variety of instruments to perfection. There is a classical twist to the iconic hits from AC/DC, Queen, the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and more. The sound is amazing! My other half is a Led Zepp fan and I love classical music so it suited us down to the ground. Brilliant!
