The Dragon’s Eye is back and available for Christmas booking!

There’s nothing quite like getting away to a picturesque holiday cottage during the Christmas Season. We’re excited to see Dragon’s Eye, the winning cabin from the Channel 4 series ‘Cabins in the Wild’, is among the lovely cottages available from Original Cottages this season.

Sleeping up to 2 people, Dragon’s Eye overlooks a beautiful lakeside view in West Wales, near Cardigan Bay. With stainless steel shingles resembling a dragon’s scales, this unique glamping unit will really fire your imagination.

Relax on the large rotating bed and enjoy a stunning view of the beautiful Welsh landscape (night and day) through the full height glass ‘eye’ or from your elevated patio. Or cwtch up in the warmth of the wood burner while protected from the elements by the sheep’s wool insulation. End the day with a hot shower in the walk-in wet room then turn the bed around from the world so that the dragon can sleep tight.

There is plenty to do on site, with a boat and canoes provided for a relaxing day on the lake, the option of fishing and access to a shared hot tub, games room and pizza oven. Close to Cardigan Bay and the Cambrian Mountains, Dragon’s Eye also provides a great base to explore this beautiful part of Wales and its wide range of attractions.
