This is a lovely gallery, and well worth a visit. The current exhibition contains works by Kapoor, Bourgeois, Rego, Mirza, Tillmans, Chadwick, Ono, and Abrahams, and although I'm not a massive fan of modern art, some of this stuff is pretty good. My favourite was Yoko Ono's skyladders, which made me smile. They also have a separate David Hockney exhibition. All of this, plus lots of permanent art, and sculpture on display, makes this a must visit attraction, if you are visiting Liverpool. The gallery boasts free admission too and also has a nice cafe and shop.
