Excellent accommodation with great food but most importantly, access to first class sports facilities including gym, swimming pool and range of classes. Our favourite was the 10am spinning class every morning, followed by a 1km swim. A long afternoon walk always culminated in a visit to one of the coastal cafés that we found for a coffee or green tea, a snack and a few games of backgammon. An occasional gym session added variety to our week of exercise. Lanzarote is a favourite destination for people of all ages and nationalities for cycling and triathlon training. The majority of guests at the Vitalclass were cyclists who spent their days exploring the island’s inland and coastal roads. At 51 and 66 respectively, my wife and I would recommend this resort for those who enjoy an active style of holiday.
