Booked this holiday independently, through web site. Seemed a very good deal but always sceptical until seen. The agents were Room To Breathe. They have an attractive website but please be wary. When we arrived the villa was very nice and clean but unfortunately it all went downhill from there on. We coundn't work the cooker hotplate, didn't know how to ! the bed was damp and the pool filthy. We complained at their office but unfortunately got nowhere. The manager was in the office but failed to introduce himself. (Found out later he is the son of the owner and owner of sister company Goldacre Estates). On the basis of my complaints (there were a further two) they sacked the office assistant. The real person who was at fault was the manager, Who in my opinion couldn't give a damn. This villa was very nice, but if anything goes wrong don't hold much chance of getting anything put right.
