All I can say is a BIG THANK YOU to Roula, Anna and all the family (and other lovely guests) for the best holiday. We booked direct with Roula by email and would not hesitate to do that again. Roula even arranged for our taxi transfers from & to the airport (40 euro each way). Our apartment was spotlessly clean, as was the pool area and bar. From the moment we arrived (2½ hours late) we were made so welcome and we will not hesitate to return. The apartments are in a good position with a supermarket next door and taverna opposite, with several other tavernas and cafes in close proximity.This is very much a quiet, family resort, no late night bars/discos etc, just good food, good local wine, lovely local olive oil and wonderful people.
Breakfast, snacks, ice creams, drinks are readily available in the bar area which also has free wifi.
The apartment has a safe, hair dryer, fridge, kitchenette with basic cooking facilities suitable for preparing snacks and a private balcony (our balcony was separated from next doors by a wooden partition/gate that could be opened should you wish to socialise with your neighbours (would be ideal if travelling with friends). There are washing lines at the back of the apartment block for drying swimwear and towels.
The pool area has plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and the water temperature is perfect for a cool off. There’s a small splash/toddler pool too.
There’s plenty of car parking space if you have a hire car.
The only thing to be aware of is that there are small steps to the bar /pool area and it is a very steep 10 minute walk down to the beach…and a very steep 20 minute walk back up – but we are not the fittest couple in our 60’s and we managed fine, but it wouldn’t be good for anyone with restricted mobility.
