Every year Victory Morrismen dress in ridiculous outfits, paint their noses red and gather onBoxing Day to dance outside and drink and sing inside the Pembroke Pub!
Why, no-ones knows, but fun is had by all. They call themselves the Lagos Motor Club as, many years ago they found a batch of tankards with that name engraved on them. Apologies to any real Lagos Motor Club members, if one is still in existence!!
Starting about 1pm, the dancing lasts a while, but the drinking and the great singing goes on until we drop. Folk come for miles around to watch, listen and join the singing and a great day is had by all.
