Once someone has become a member of the Union Jack Club it is the ideal place to stay in London. It has the style and comfort of a 4-star hotel without the price tag. When we stayed recently we had an accessible room and it was ideal for anyone with reduced mobility with no loss in style. The entrance, reception and public areas have all been recently updated and are quite impressive. The bar lounge is roomy with comfortable furniture and the drinks are very reasonably priced. The restaurant is welcoming and menu choices and standard of food are good. Finally, all the staff are very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble.
So if you or your spouse or partner are in the forces or are ex-service it is a good idea to join. There are special events, deals offers all year round.
