Personal / family celebration

Friendly receptionist on arrival, and a reasonable price for near the airport, but the morning set up is chaotic. The shuttle to the airport is overpriced at £5 per person (a taxi would only be £6.50) and we were herded around like cattle. No help with luggage provided, rude driver of the minibus was shouting at people who'd arrived at the wrong time. Staff on duty that morning seemed very bored. Basic travelodge room is ok, but in future I'll book a more established hotel to avoid the early morning hassles.
