There was a lot of confusion on the first evening. We had a drinks reception in the Great Hall but only 1 of the staff introduced herself. There was also confusion about seating at dinner. The next day when people tried to contact the organisers all 3 had left. One lady who arrived late on the Friday evening was very disappointed not to see anyone. I was slightly disappointed to find that, as a resident guest, I was not able to access the pool, etc.at all times as lots of people came in from outside, often in large groups and commandeered the spa pool, etc. I was also disappointed that no prizes were given for the quizzes, unlike other Warner properties of which this is one.
