You may have read my review of an Easter weekend at “Reighton Sands”:http://www.silvertraveladvisor.com/travel-product/accommodation/162579 in 2015.
It was a family weekend of three generations, self catering in two caravans.
Number 2 son did a bit of internet research and chose The Ship Inn at Sewerby near Bridlington as our choice for Easter Sunday Lunch.
The Ship Inn is a traditional type of English Pub, with a wide range of traditional ales and open fires with a very large car park leading to the sea and children’s play area.
With it being Easter Sunday, a very large white rabbit kept popping up in different parts of the pub and garden at the rear of the pub.
This created a nice atmosphere with most of the customers but my two year old granddaughter found it a bit scary, bless her.
But let’s cut to the chase. Was Sunday Lunch Good, Bad, or Indifferent?
I can only judge it against what is the best Sunday Lunch in the world.
That is the fabulous fayre that my wife serves up week after week.
It was good, very good. So if you find yourself in this area, looking for Sunday Lunch.
Look no further than the Sun Inn at Sewerby!
