Just returned from London where we did the Original Bus Tour – there are a number of bus tours to choose from but we are glad we chose this one. The drivers, the guides other staff we came across were first class and very helpful. We started with the red tour outside Madame Tussauds and changed to the yellow tour as we wanted a live or real person to guide us! We were a family with 2 children age 9 and 12 and the tour was perfect for us all and would suit any age. The yellow route is split into west and east and so we experienced 3 different guides by the time we had hopped on and off a couple of times – each one was brilliant and we all learned so much. It helped that we could sit upstairs and benefit from the open top as the weather was sunny and crisp! I had rung the Original Company before our trip and the person I spoke to took so much time explaining everything and sending me maps in the post – excellent customer service. The guides were really kind – a couple of passengers had mobility issues and had sticks – they helped each one upstairs and did not rush them This is by far the best open top bus tour to do and if you can't sit in the open air, it is warm inside.
