The Denton, which is open all year and situated next to the Pavilion Theatre on Worthing Pier.

On a bracing windy Tuesday 28th December 2015, I visited The Denton for the first time. Attached to the Pavilion Theatre in Worthing, this location has the best view of the sea and Worthing beach. Good menu at reasonable prices, I had a lovely root vegetable soup served with vegetable crisps on top, with some ciabatta and butter.
A popular place for meeting up with friends, it is still cosy enough to visit on your own.
Pure pleasure to see the waves crash into the beach, and a crisp blue sky above, whilst in the warmth enjoying some comfort food, a December treat to savour!
