I stayed at this B&B as a Groupon deal, so was a very reasonable price. The location of the hotel is excellent, in between Ludlow and Cleobury Mortimer in Shropshire.
The rooms were lovely, very in keeping with this old coaching inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, didn't seem to know much about the local area though. There were a couple of things that could be improved on. When we were there, we were knee deep in snow but the hotel made no attempt to clear snow from the car park or the steps up to the hotel, it was very slippery. Also the breakfast was quite poor, you could either have cornflakes or weetabix as a cereal and then you could order a cooked breakfast (the oddest tasting sausages I have ever had). As I was there with good friends, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar in the evening. The restaurants were also nice, though a little cold whilst we were there.
