Ate here with two friends. Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent extensive menu. I had the fish pie and fresh veg. All beautiful cooked.

The Anchor is a family friendly inn with a welcoming atmosphere. Bar area with separate restaurant area. Beer garden in the back which, in the summer, often has music. Free Ceildh dancing during folk week.

Very reasonably priced. Recommended.

Car park at rear when no music which is most of the time. Tight bend to enter car park. Fine if you take it slowly!
