My wife and I went on holiday to Goa, India, this was an experience of a life time. We flew with Monarch Airlines and stayed in North Goa, Candolin. We hired a scooter for the two week duration, extremely cheap way of getting around to wonder at the various beaches and visiting the beach shacks. We decided to go to Agra via Delhi. You could say a holiday within a holiday. We booked our flights with Spicejet and hotel accommodation in Delhi for three nights. The hotel provided its own tours and we travelled by mini-bus to Agra, this took about two and a half hours travelling on the new stretch of work. We paid a small fee to visit the Taj Mahal and WOW! what an incredible place a truely wonder of the world. We also visited the Red Fort, what a place. We would definitely recommend this visit to anyone. A must see in your life time especially the Goan and Indian people such a diverse culture. A culture that you would never change. An amazing experience, we loved every minute.
