Not my usual stop-off, but waiting to go into the Aldwych Theatre to see “Beautiful” (see theatre review) one evening I couldn’t find anywhere else nearby for food – lots of Starbucks though!
I had the smaller 6 inch Sub with beef and cheese on tomato grain roll plus salad – £4 altogether with a diet cola so clearly good value. Not easy to eat elegantly but freshly put together, very tasty and the salad is always fresh. I added the honey and mustard sauce and as the roll was heated to melt the cheese, it was much better than I expected. So not a bad choice if you are looking for somewhere in a hurry.
