Reasons for trip

I have a hidden disability lanyard . Fit but cannot lift!! I have used it very easily at other airports but Bristol was a bit more tricky and not easy to arrange as I kept getting bounced around within departments. Anyway this is how to do it…
Inform airline that you will require assistance. The airline will then inform the special Asssitance team.
No confirmation is given (I found this unnerving with an early flight)
On arrival at the airport or airport hotel you then confirm with the Asssitance team.
The system does work but, if like me, you like to have confirmation in advance its a bit unsettling.
