Reasons for trip

There were many interesting art pieces to see at the Get Up Stand Up Now xhibit. In conjunction with this exhibit they had music and food from the Caribbean over the weekend. They will have some of the artists speaking about their work Somerset House. This exhibit celebrates 50 years of Black creativity in Britain and beyond. Many people enjoyed the steel bands from the Caribbean and children in particular enjoyed playing in the fountains in the courtyard of Somerset House.
