The old flour mill on Guidecca Island has been turned into a hotel. You can get there with your vaporetto ticket but you can also use the Hilton Boat if you are going to spend money in the hotel.
Drinks are pricey, but so they are in most top hotels, but service is good, cocktails are good, the views are wonderful, the evening sun warm and glowing.
