After a long journey down to Hawes from Aberdeen we were met by Franco the manager who immediately took our case and showed us to our room. From the moment we arrived until we left nothing was too much bother for this manager and his staff, they worked tirelessly to please everyone. The accommodation and food were very good making our stay very pleasant. We will definitely return again. Thank you Franco.
