Very good pub for lunch for seniors as they do a special offer 2 courses for £6.99. There was quite a good choice and I had macaroni cheese which came with garlic bread and salad garnish followed by apple tart and custard. The portions are smaller than on the main menu hence the price but if you are hungry, you can order off the main menu and get a larger size which is still good value. There are also different offers and the menu has a good choice. There is also a vegetarian and vegan menu so there is something to please everyone. There is quite a big garden for the nicer weather. The only criticism I have is that we had to wait a long time for our dessert to be served so dont go if you are in a hurry.
