I have travelled Ryanair regularly over the last 3-4 years,for the simple reason that they were the only carrier to fly to my destination.
Initially, it was not a pleasant experience on a number of levels, but I had no choice as I wanted to travel to my destination.
However, more recently, I have observed that Ryanair have taken note of the concept of customer service, and this has been much more evident on my recent flights.
Online seat purchase works ok, as long as you ignore all the ‘extras’ this process wants to sell you.
So let us hope that they continue to improve, and watch this space.
