Although vowing never to use this airline again, our recent holiday gave us no choice but to fly with them.
On attempting to check in online I discovered that until 7 days before the flight they charged you £5.00 per seat – consequently anyone holidaying for more than 7 days would either have to check in whilst on holiday or pay the surcharge.
On both the outbound and return flights most peoples hand luggage was taken from them and placed in the hold (free of charge); ‘the plane is full, so there’s not enough room for cabin luggage’.
The flight itself was fine, and as usual ‘on time’.
In Spain, it took 55 minutes before the luggage was put on the carousel, with no word of explanation.
All in all – ‘never again’
