Self-contained, newly created luxury B&B with king size super comfortable bed in open plan living/dining room with modern ensuite shower – constant hot water, heating if necessary, generous quantity of items left in fridge and in breakfast area including croissants, bread with toaster and wide choice of jams, marmalade and Marmite, fresh fruit, choice of cereals, fruit juice, choice of teas and coffees. A true gem with wonderful warm welcome from Kate who is also on hand for advice regarding places to visit and what to do. Etchingham is the most delightful village. It's tiny, surrounded by beautiful High Weald countryside, with a beautiful church which has its own music festival in July. There is also a deli with a fantastic range of foods and the most helpful service, a post office and a bistro at the railway station! As if this wasn't enough (where else in England today can you find such a well served, tiny village tucked away in such beautiful countryside?) there is also a very efficient taxi service run by a charming husband and wife team. You've simply got to visit to see for yourself that I'm not just imagining all this!
