A day hike which is superb. Middle to harder hike but I managed to do it quite easily as an unfit 58 year old.
Get the bus from Andalsnes to the start. The climb is up to 1200 metre. There are some tricky parts where it is sheer on both sides but there are chains to help you. About 10 km then you arrive back where you started.
Take lots of water, a picnic and lots of photos.
The scenery is stunning!
