Reasons for trip

Well what can I say about Rome. Not enough space to write about it. Was fabulous even from an oldie like me. I went with my lass for her 18th birthday, so generations apart but came together in this beautiful city. Wee tip or two, don’t go with the tour guides, they are over priced and rush you so they can get more people to join them. Take the local buses, well inexpensive and all the touristy places are only 5 mins from the centre of Rome, apart from the Vatican which was 15mins on the bus. Make use of the free water all over the city even in the Colosseum. Absolutely amazing place!
