Sergio is a long established Italian restaurant in Chester that really knows what it’s doing!

The service was unerringly attentive but not obvious. Plenty of choice on the menu. We kicked off with insalata Miste o Verde & Olives. Our mains were Fettucine al Ragu and Lasagna Forno. A couple of Cassatas wound things up nicely.

Confronted with the wine list I felt spoiled for choice – the soft, reasonably priced Valpollicella I settled for, certainly did the trick.

All Italian restaurants should be as good as this one!
