Reasons for trip

This is a fabulous place to visit. I was blown away when I entered this light, airy, spacious building. Of course, it is no longer used as a station; it is an art space, a café, a cinema and a shopping experience. The art on display on our visit was the best shots exhibition, which was a collection of 100 beautiful photographic images.The café is a delight, with lots of big comfy sofas, and the toilets were very clean. We got an ice cream and sat outside on a park bench, and bought some home brewed beer. The station is highly recommended, if you are in the area.
