A friend and I ate at Prezzo on Saturday. The waiter was very helpful and helped me download a 30% off voucher before ordering but we were overcharged.
I noticed one item that we hadn’t ordered and they rapidly removed it. However, it wasn’t until the next day that I also noticed that we’d paid for three espressos that we hadn’t had. As I’d asked to sit in a darker part of the restaurant as I’d just had an eye treatment, I did wonder whether it was an accident or not. My fault I know! So, all I’m suggesting is that if you visit there, check the bill more thoroughly than I did!
The food was fine. What you’d expect from an Italian chain. Good, predictable menu at a reasonable price.
