We visited Sheffield to meet up with a group of friends and to break up our journey up to the Highlands of Scotland. The Premier Inn was very comfortable and we ate in the dining room one evening and for breakfast on the last morning. The food was very good and the selection was varied. We enjoyed two good nights' sleep, but one of our friends who was given a room on the 12th floor was kept awake by the air conditioing plant the roof above his room. He asked to be moved to another room, which wasn't possible, so he was given a total refund. So, if you have a chance, ask for a room that isn't on the top floor!
