How often do you get to stay at a hotel that’s only 10 days old? I did recently at the brand new Premier Inn at T4. Apart from being all shiny and new it’s pretty much the standard formula for Prem Inn but with the following additions:

Rooms come with safe and it was set at eye level. No more kneeling on the floor to key the code on a ground level safe. Very easy to use and free. Iron and ironing board was supplied, plus fridge.

Prem Inn really seemed to have listened to their customers with the design of this place.
Staff are very helpful, particularly Maria, would definite stay here again.
